Sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate, white to colorless flake crystal. It is hygroscopic. Soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, methano l, aceton e, insoluble in ether and benzene. The aqueous solution becomes alkaline and gradually decomposes. Acid can separate carbon disulfide and make the solution cloudy.
