Enamel grade titanium dioxide is anatase titanium dioxdie produced by sulphate process, white powder. It has the advantage of high purity, few impurities, tiny and uniform powder, quite high refractive index and reducing power, etc.Enamel grade titanium dioxide is one of the two main varieties of titanium dioxide anatase titanium dioxide subdivision type, with high purity, good whiteness, fresh color, uniform particle size, strong refractive index and high color extinction, with strong opacity and opacity, so that the coating coated with thin, smooth and strong acid resistance. In enamel manufacturing process can be mixed with other materials evenly, no caking, easy to melt and other advantages.  
 

• The very fine powder is evenly distributed,nice dispersibility and durability,excellent dispersivity. Uniform and tiny particle makes it uniformly attached to the inside of the glass container.

Application

Porcelain glaze has excellent opacification and acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance, metal protection and beautification.  The glaze must have opacification to make the glaze opaque, and the white glaze must have stronger opacification.  The raw materials of porcelain glaze are divided into opacification agent, refractory agent, dense agent, colorant, suspension agent and electrolyte, etc.  Titanium dioxide is used as the strongest opacification agent in porcelain glaze. The opacification strength of porcelain glaze is related to the refractive index of opacification agent.  Titanium dioxide has a high refractive index, titanium dioxide enamel layer is thin and high whiteness.
The quality requirements of titanium dioxide for enamel are high purity, low content of impurities such as Fe2O3 and Cr2O3.  Fine and uniform particles,  and has a strong refractive index and extinction power, so that the glaze has high opacity and opacity.

The packing material should be safe and airtight paper and plastic valve bag.
