Fiber grade titanium dioxide is insoluble in water, no biological toxicity, stable in chemical, with strong reducing power, excellent covering power. Refractive index of titanium dioxide is twice as high as that of the polyester. when added to a PET, the difference in refractive index between the two is used to achieve the purpose of extinction, which reduces the light reflectance of the chemical fiber and eliminates the undesirable gloss. It is the ideal polyester matte material.Chemical fiber titanium dioxide is an excellent extinction agent for chemical fibe.Adding a small amount of titanium dioxide in the process of chemical fiber production can not only achieve good extinction effect, but also improve the strength and toughness of chemical fiber.

 

• The very fine powder is evenly distributed,nice dispersibility and durability,excellent dispersivity. Uniform and tiny particle makes it uniformly attached to the inside of the glass container.

Application

In the chemical fiber industry and textile industry application to whiten and extinction, but also can increase the toughness and softness of the fiber.
