Product Description

This product is white flake solid.It is highly alkaline and corrosive. Easy to absorb moisture in the air and deliquescence, absorption of carbon dioxide into pot assium carbonate. Soluble in about 0.6 parts hot water, 0.9 parts cold water, 3 parts ethanol, 2.5 parts glycerin. Generates a lot of heat when dissolved in water, alcohol or treated with acid. The pH of 0.1mol/L solution is 13.5. Medium toxicity. Soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in ether. Extremely alkaline and corrosive, similar in nature to cau stic soda.

Application
