Product Description

 Solid sodium H ydrosulfide is generally orange or yellow in colour. It is readily deliquescent. H ydrogen s ulphide is liberated at the melting point. Soluble in water and alcohol. It is used as synthetic organic intermediates and auxiliary for the preparation of s ulphur dyestuff in dyestuff industry, as dehairing and tanning of raw hides in tanning industry, as removing monomer s ulphur in activated carbon des ulphurising agent in fertiliser industry, as beneficiation of copper ore in mining industry, as dyeing of sulfurous acid in the production of man-made fibre and as raw material for the manufacture of ammonium s ulphide and semi-finished products of pesticide e thyl mercaptan, and also as treatment of wastewater, etc. It can also be used in the treatment of wastewater.

Storage Precautions

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. It should be stored separately from oxidising agents, acids and edible chemicals, and should never be mixed. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to generate sparks. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable shelter materials.
