The synthesis method of tetrabutylammonium bromide is generally in ethanol, acetonitril e and other polar solvents, through the reaction of tri-n-butylamine and bromo-n- butan e to produce a feed liquid containing tetrabutylammonium bromide, and then through distillation to recover the solvent and unreacted tri-n-butylamine and bromo-n- butan e, and then through cooling or freezing crystallization, filtration or centrifugal separation, recrystallization and other technical means. Tetrabutylammonium bromide wet material was prepared. At last, the wet material was dried by vacuum, and tetrabutylammonium bromide product was prepared.
